This is a city that you go to when you dont get off the bus at the right time because you are lazy and are hoping that the bus will be taking you up the hill to the salt church so you dont have to walk it. Also, you have to be stupid enough not to say anything and just sit there for two hours while you go over a mountain range and into a remote village before the bus stops.

Villa de Leyva is a very historic town that is a vacation spot for the Bogota priviledged. There is some great hiking spots around the area.
